On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Department of Library, St. Joseph Vaz College, Cortalim Goa created an “Expression Wall” activity where staff and students shared their thoughts about women. The messages reflected respect, gratitude, and inspiration with words like “Women, you are a wonder,” “Strong women make other women stronger,” “Be calm and courageous.”, ”Behind every successful society is the strength of its women.”, ”Your strength, patience and courage are more powerful than you think” and many more.

The activity highlighted the important role women play in families and society through their strength, kindness, and determination. It served as a reminder that women deserve appreciation, respect, and equal opportunities every day. The event concluded with warm
wishes to all the incredible women on the occasion of Women’s Day.
