Our college participated in the Inter-Collegiate Badminton Championship, with teams selected through intra-mural competition. The men’s team comprised Bhavesh Naik, Raj Singh, Reagan Rodrigues, Caven Vaz, Deepak Kumar Bind, Ashwin Mishra, and Megh Yadav. In the first round, they faced Goa College of Pharmacy on 4th August 2026. Bhavesh Naik lost a closely contested first singles, followed by Raj Singh losing the second singles. The pair of Bhavesh Naik and Reagan Rodrigues brought hope with a convincing win in the first doubles, but Caven Vaz unfortunately lost the third singles, resulting in a 3-1 defeat and elimination from the tournament.

In the women’s section, the team consisting of Zuneera Patvekar, Jesiah Guru, Sakshi Nayak, and Nagina Halakurki faced M.E.S College, Zuari Nagar on 5th August 2026. Zuneera Patvekar lost the first singles, and Jesiah Guru lost the second singles, leading to a 2-0 defeat, ending their campaign in the opening round itself.

Despite the early exits, our players displayed commendable spirit and sportsmanship.
