Guidelines for Students
  • If you have any grievance related to exam results, please submit it in writing within 7 working days of the result declaration.
  • All complaints will be handled in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner.
  • If needed, a hearing will be held in the presence of all concerned parties.
  • Every grievance will be resolved within 15 working days.
  • Proper records of all grievances and their solutions will be maintained.
  • The decision of the Principal will be considered final.
  • Students are expected to be honest and ethical. False or misleading complaints will not be accepted.
  • The Grievance Cell regularly reviews its process to maintain transparency and trust in the examination system.
