Examination Grievance
Guidelines for Students
- If you have any grievance related to exam results, please submit it in writing within 7 working days of the result declaration.
- All complaints will be handled in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner.
- If needed, a hearing will be held in the presence of all concerned parties.
- Every grievance will be resolved within 15 working days.
- Proper records of all grievances and their solutions will be maintained.
- The decision of the Principal will be considered final.
- Students are expected to be honest and ethical. False or misleading complaints will not be accepted.
- The Grievance Cell regularly reviews its process to maintain transparency and trust in the examination system.
