The Department of Library at St. Joseph Vaz College, in collaboration with the National Digital Library of India (NDLI), organised a special Children’s Day activity for staff ,students, ex-staff and the alumni.

As part of the celebration, the Department hosted an engaging E-Quiz titled “Guess the Staff” on 14th November 2025, open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The quiz brought a fun and nostalgic twist by which participants had to match childhood photographs to the correct staff members. All participants were invited to select the right names from the images provided and submit their responses. From the completely correct entries, one lucky participant who answered all correctly and in the fastest time was declared the winner! Once the quiz concluded, a video revealing all the correct answers was also circulated among the participants for their reference and enjoyment. This activity celebrated the innocence and joy of childhood while strengthening the bond between students and staff. It encouraged everyone to pause, smile at the adorable photos, and relive warm memories.

A total of 63 participants took part in the E-Quiz, which saw enthusiastic involvement from staff, students, ex-staff, and alumni. The initiative aimed to foster a sense of connection and nostalgia, reminding students that their teachers and non-teaching staff were once children too, while also promoting a lively, interactive, and inclusive campus atmosphere.
