The Department of Library, St. Joseph Vaz College in collaboration with NDLI Club held a National E-Quiz on Eleven Vows of Mahatma Gandhi for the staff, students and general public on Mahatma Gandhi’s 11 vows from 20/02/2023 to 25/02/2023. Gandhiji believed that non-violence and tolerance require a great level of courage and patience. A key necessity of Gandhi's nonviolent philosophy is needed today more than ever before in a society that is going through war-like stages that are characterised by violence and terrorism. This activity was conducted to raise public awareness of these Gandhian principles, which are commonly overlooked in modern society.
