NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 08

Rules and Regulations
1. Teams can choose one of the following themes for their performance:

  • Conservation of ecology of Goa
  • Waste management in Goa
  • Goa and Coal
  • Save our Rivers
  • CZMP

2. The language of the performance scripts should be Konkani.

3. Only acoustic and percussion instruments will be allowed; use of electronic instruments is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of fire/ water/ smoke machines on the performing ground (or anywhere in its vicinity) is strictly prohibited.

5. The time limit of the performance should be 5+2 including set-up. Marks will be deducted for exceeding the time limit.

6. Decision of the judges will be binding and final.

Decoration De Salade (Salad Decoration)


NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 02

Rules and Regulations
1. Participants should carry their own material (Fruits, vegetables, sprouts, salad dressings, Trays/Plates, salt, pepper, other ingredients and decorative materials)

2. Participants should bring the vegetables/ fruits chopped or peeled.

3. Participants will be given 45 minutes to prepare and present their salad.

4. In addition, participants should be able to explain nutritive values of their salad in one minute.

Judging Criteria
Creativity, Taste, Neatness, Presentation and Nutritional value

Fun With Numbers


NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 02

Rules and Regulations
This a fun game consisting of a sixteen square grid with numbers and a die with faces marked with Mathematical operations. One player will have to aim for numbers by throwing a tennikoit ring in the grid while the other will decide the operation by throwing the die. The numbers aimed will be accordingly added, subtracted, multiplied or divided based on the operation appearing on the upper face of the die. Each team will be allowed four throws of the ring and two throws of the die.

Judging Criteria
The team which makes the highest score will be the winner.

Working Model


NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 02

Rules and Regulations
1. Students have to select a concept on which they want to build a working model from the syllabus of either class 11 or 12.

2. Participants should build the working model in advance and can arrange the set-up at the venue.

3. A maximum of 30 minutes will be provided to set up the model.

Creative imagination, Scientific thought and approach, Originality and innovation, Technical skills (art and craftsmanship) and demonstration and explaining

Chemical Dance


NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 07

Rules and Regulations
1. Dance should be based purely on Chemistry concepts.

2. Duration of performance: 3 to 5 minutes. Exceeding the time may lead to deduction in marks.

3. Cinema songs are allowed.

4. Use of props (beakers, flasks, test tubes etc.) are allowed.

5. Use of vulgar, sexually explicit or violent language and/or lyrics is strictly prohibited.

6. The contestants should be dressed appropriately during the performance. Indecent exposure is NOT allowed.

Judging Criteria
Formation, expressions, costumes, makeup and overall presentation.

Fitness Challenge


NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 04

Rules and Regulations

Participants have to complete the following tasks
1. 50 push ups
2. 100 squats
3. 50 burpees
4. 100 situps
5. Skipping 100
6. Plank walk (20 metres each participant)
7. Crab walk (20 metres each participant)
8. Frog jumps (20 metres each participant)
9. Duck walk (20 metres each participant)
10. Stack Attack (Making a plastic cup tower)

Judging Criteria
The team that successfully completes all the tasks in the least time will be the winner.

General Rules


1. Sci − π is restricted only to the Science students.

2. Each team should consist of exactly 14 students.

3. Each student can participate in maximum two non-simultaneous competitions.

4. The teacher in-charge must ensure that no student is registered for simultaneous competitions. Competitions will not be stopped/delayed for a participant held up in another competition.
