Rules and Regulations
1. Participants should carry their own material (Fruits, vegetables, sprouts, salad dressings, Trays/Plates, salt, pepper, other ingredients and decorative materials)
2. Participants should bring the vegetables/ fruits chopped or peeled.
3. Participants will be given 45 minutes to prepare and present their salad.
4. In addition, participants should be able to explain nutritive values of their salad in one minute.
